Essential things you need to know about the product and how it works. Can’t find an answer?

Parent: The primary user who manages the child’s information, expenses, and other responsibilities.

Co-Parent: Another parent or guardian who shares responsibilities with the primary parent.

Third Party: Individuals such as relatives, friends, or other supporters. They will have limited access to the app based on permissions set by the parent or co-parent.

Once a parent adds you as a co-parent, a registration link will be sent to your email.

Click the link to be redirected to a browser where you can accept the invitation and enter your details to complete registration.

When a third party attempts to log in, they will receive a confirmation email.

After confirming their email, they will be redirected back to the app and can log in.

After logging in, you will be prompted to either start a 5-day free trial or subscribe for full access.

If you choose to subscribe, you will be redirected to a browser to enter your payment details and complete the process.

Upon logging in, choose between the 5-day free trial or a full subscription.

If you choose the subscription, you will be redirected to a browser where you can enter your payment details (credit card, etc.) to unlock full access.

The Notification Icon alerts you to new updates, messages, or events in the app. A badge will appear for unread notifications.

The User Icon allows access to your personal settings, where you can manage your profile, security settings, messages, calendar, and log out of the app.

Go to the Expenses menu and click Custom Category.

Fill in the Title, Description, and Expense Percentage (e.g., “My share” or “Co-parent share”).

Click Save to add the new category.

Click the Document Bank button at the top.

Choose a category (General, Receipts, or Medicals), then click Add to Bank.

Upload documents (JPEG, PNG, or PDF formats, maximum 20 MB) and set them as private or public.

Third parties can access:

  • New messages

  • Participate in shared Circles

  • View Home, Messages, and Profile

Third parties have limited permissions compared to parents and co-parents.

In the Profile Menu, you can:

  • View and manage your Co-Parent, Kids, and Third Parties

  • Add or edit profiles for any of these people

To log out, click the User Icon at the top of the dashboard and select Log Out.

The Circle in the footer panel represents a shared group where parents, co-parents, and third parties can collaborate and share.

It is accessible from the footer navigation along with the Home, Messages, and Profile icons.

In the Security and Privacy section, you can change your password and set up biometrics for extra security.

Ensure that all fields (Title, Description, Expense Percentage) are filled correctly. The percentage must be properly split between you and your co-parent.

Go to the login page.
Click on “Forgot Password?” or “Reset Password”.
Enter your registered email address.
Check your inbox for a password reset email.
Click the link in the email and follow the steps to set a new password.
